How it Works
All we need are the names of who will be joining you, your
preferred room type, the dates for your 2-night/3-day stay, and touring
time (morning or afternoon).
Day Tour - Local, or in the Area
If you find a day to drive in or will be in the area, let
us know! Our agents give two private tours a day; one in the morning and
another in the afternoon.
One Week Till Arrival
We will check in to confirm, along with some updates and
details, we will address any of your last minute requests, and then you
will come discover our beautiful location and communities.

Just a short 10-minute drive away, our sister development Jasper Highlands features the spectacular Top of the Rock restaurant, where you can enjoy delicious meals with breathtaking views. Get ready to visit River Gorge Ranch!
Be sure to wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes, both for walking the properties and to allow you to enjoy our miles of trails after your tour
We tour rain or shine, rain jacket (forecast depending), but we will supply umbrellas!
On cooler days, we like to tell people to layer, as the day goes it usually warms up
We supply water, coffee, tea, and sodas at the office for your tour
Dogs are allowed on all tours; we are pet friendly!
We can make a tour as long or short as you like but typically recommend about 3-4 hours of your time to see a variety of home sites, amenity locations, model homes, and more
